HYDROGRAPHICS CONTROL PANELS

SINGLE ELEMENT

Single element temperature control with a digital timer. The panels comes complete with a 10′ cord with a 120v – 20a plug. There is a 120 vac receptacle mounted on the side of the panel for plugging in the pump of your choice,. The element(heater), Pump and the controller/ timer are all on there own circuit breaker.  The illuminated  buttons for the Heater and Pump will only light when turned on and the circuit breaker is good. when the timer times out there is an illuminated audible alarm  to signal you.  The Temperature controller has color coded terminals for easy connection of the RTD

2 ELEMENT PLC PANEL

The PLC  (Programmable Logic Controller) along with many other components are manufactured by Allen Bradley which is an industrial powerhouse. This is meant for a trouble free, long lasting panel. There are 2 circuits, 1 for each Heater(element), 1 circuit for the pump and one for the power to the PLC. The pump circuit also has a receptacle for easy connection of your pump. The touch screen is programmed for easy use. once power is applied there is an Instruction screen which explains how to use the touch screen. There is also a visual fault that will appear in the temperature control section if the RTD fails. This will also shut down the Heaters until the RTD is replaced. The Timer is resettable and when it times out there is an audible alarm along with a visual indicator on the touch screen. The major functions can also be controlled by the “F” keys below the touch screen. Your Logo can be applied to the banner at the top of the control page also.
